Lia cohen week #6 Jordan

I remember the first day Jordan, my dog, came home with us. I was so excited to have a puppy since it took some major convincing, since my mom didn’t really favor dogs. Jordan is a shitzu/poodle or in other words a silky-poo.  He was very bad the first 2 weeks though before he was potty trained, he went to bathroom anywhere and everywhere. He thought our toes were food and he would constantly nibble on them. Overtime he eventually learned to be potty trained to the point where he can walk himself on his pad in the basement. During this pre potty training phase my parents were really thinking about bringing him back since we had a total of 7 whole days to decide if we wanted to keep him or not. We kept him.

I don’t know how my life would be without Jordan honestly. I love him like a brother or even a son. Here is always there for me when I’m sad, mad, or lonely. Many of the times I didn’t go out bring covid Jordan would be there for me always comforting me. I always played with him when I was younger  but  not as much as I should have, but now that his years are winding down I realize just how important every moment is with him. I walk him as much as I can, feed him as much as I can, run around with  him as much as I can, and I take him with me whenever I can.

  1. It's so nice that you care so much about your dog! My family is thinking of getting a puppy, and we know that the potty training process will be pretty tough. I hope Jordan gets to enjoy everyday of his life, which will probably happen, because you seem to take such good care of him!
